"Westshade was there for me throughout the process."
Westshade was there for me throughout the process. I really struggle with getting the right size for images and stuff like that, and their team was super helpful. I had no budget at all and couldn’t pay anyone to manage the imaging, but thanks to the awesome folks at Westshade, I got it sorted out. Much appreciated!

"Great Support"
Super helpful, really knowledgeable, and oh-so-patient! It was a breeze working with them, and they always got back to me quickly. This whole thing took a few weeks, but that wasn’t on the company. We wrapped everything up today.

Awesome and prompt assistance from Trish. She was super helpful, quick to reply, and made everything easy for me. I checked out a few other companies before, and they just didn’t cut it. The canvases turned out fantastic, just like I pictured them. Plus, the price was spot on! I haven’t hung them on the cage yet, but I’m really happy with my buy so far. Thanks again, Brad Bishop

"Giving 4 stars for now until I get my order..."
I'm settling on 4 stars for the moment until my order arrives. The design crew was absolutely fantastic; we made so many adjustments, and not once did I encounter any complaints or rudeness, which is rare with most companies. Once I get my order, I’ll take another look and, fingers crossed, I can bump it up to 5 stars.

We placed an order for a canopy that was on backorder. Westshade really went above and beyond to deliver a canopy to us overnight, making sure our event could take place. They've been super responsive and spot on with the artwork.

"The frame I was after wasn't available"
I was after a frame that was out of stock, but I wasn't rushing. They reached out to me twice to check if the delay was fine and even suggested an upgrade to a larger size, which I couldn't use but really appreciated the thought.

From beginning to end, my experience with Westshade was fantastic. They responded super fast with designs for my custom canopy. Throughout the entire process, I got regular updates right up to the delivery. I definitely suggest checking out this company.
